Health isn’t a look to me, it’s a standard: keep promises to yourself, even on the hard days. That mindset is what I share, ..quiet grind, loud results.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Old-school bodybuilding with purpose: progressive overload, clean form, and intensity you can’t fake, then steps and conditioning to stay athletic. I train 6 days a week, 45–60 minutes, and I keep it simple: show up, track it, earn it. Consistency is the real program.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it directly into people. I’d fund free gym memberships, basic nutrition support, and simple training plans for men and women who feel stuck and overwhelmed. I’d host small community workouts, document real stories, and show that rebuilding yourself doesn’t require perfection , just consistency. The goal is impact that lasts, not a one time win.
